Orders are typically delivered within 2–3 business days, God willing.
Friday is an official day off for all shipping couriers.

For example:
If your order is shipped on Saturday, it will usually arrive on Monday or Tuesday.

Please note:

• If your order is confirmed before 3:00 PM, it will be shipped the same day.

• Orders confirmed after 3:00 PM will be shipped the following day.

What determines whether delivery takes 2 or 3 days?

Delivery time mainly depends on the courier’s delivery route.

• Upper Egypt and Sinai governorates usually take around 3 business days.

• Most other governorates are typically delivered within 2 business days.

However, we allow an extra day to account for any unexpected circumstances.

Delivery Time During the Day

Delivery may take place in the morning or evening.
The courier will contact you on the delivery day to coordinate the most suitable time based on their route.
