Inspection, Exchange & Return Policy
Inspection Policy
Customers are allowed to inspect the order in front of the courier before receiving it.
However, partial acceptance is not allowed. This means that if an order contains multiple items, it cannot be partially accepted (e.g., ordering 5 items and choosing to receive only 1).
Exchange Policy
If you would like to exchange an item, you can contact us and request the same product in a different size (larger or smaller).
In case of an exchange, the shipping company will charge the shipping fee.
If an exchange is requested after receiving the order for any reason, a new shipping fee will apply.
Return Policy
Returns are not available after the order has been received.
However, if there is any issue with the product after delivery, you can contact us and we will assist you with an exchange.
